Q: Is there a charge for your services?

A: Yes, there is $25 admin fee for most residential and small business customer drop-offs. Data destruction, recycling certificates, and itemized inventory is all-inclusive in that service. CRT Monitors or TVs (those big old relics) are recycled at a charge of $.75 per lb. If you are a citizen of the City of Phoenix, per lb. charges are lower if city approved. COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS, we offer hard drive destruction and data wiping in our secured, certified Recycling Center. We offer Pick-up and on-site white-glove IT equipment removal service for move-outs or equipment change-over, with full IT Asset Inventory and Data Destruction with Certificates of Destruction. Q: Do you charge to pick up my equipment?
